Full text | Abstract: Production management has to react to changing exogenous and endogenous factors. A method called the Production Process Control Tree (PPCT) was developed to control the production process and analyse its changes. e method’s name refers to its underlying production management model [1], which is shaped as an inverted tree (graph theory). e method helps to cushion or even eliminate the negative impacts of changing process circumstances that could extend their duration. |
