 Full text | Abstract: By accepting the EU’s ‘acquis communautaire’ applying to common trade policy, Poland has become a party to all international customs and trade agreements concluded by the Community. The replacement of a national customs tariff with an integrated EU’s tariff produced a range of fiscal, organizational, and financial consequences. The type, scope, and legal basis of trade preferences granted to non-EU countries were changed. This article aims to discuss the changes and their impact on Polish producers of protective clothing. |
