CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software package ANSYS CFX was used to calculate flow patterns in the yarn channel. Relations between the performance of the interlacer and distribution of the velocity vector, airflow speed and particle trace of the flow were clarified to provide knowledge to design better interlacers. |
